Update. A little more progress today.

Will Weight this Amp when it will be completed and singing.
I had already started the Testing of One Channel. Damn its a huge improvement after adding the Actual Bulky Power Supply... The Bass has improved by almost 50% Now the Sound is even more natural. There is also a huge improvent in Vocals.

as they say.. power supply makes half of the amp! enjoy!
I'm yet to take time out to investigate my amp!
Update.
Testing Process, The Bias is 1.8 Amp (After running for 3 Hours). The heat sink temp is 45 Deg C after running for 2 hours (temperature reading taken where the transistor is fitted on heat sink) The DC offset is between +/- 20 mV and was stable throughout the testing time.
I have also purchase these Tellurium Copper RCA Sockets.

After a Long Wait I got the right Tool to Fix the Tellurium Copper RCA Sockets to Back Plate. The max thickness which it can be mounted was 4 mm & my back plate was 6 mm thick so i needed a complete flat counter of 2mm deep to fix these RCA sockets to the back plate. I went to a second hand tool shop got the required tool but it was not as per my requirement so I had to make it as per my required size. I went to a tool grinding shop and got my tool done as per my size. It took him 5 days to hand it over to me. Below is the photo of same.
This is how i reduced the thickness of Back Plate.
The Enclosure is now complete and so is my Amplifier. Observed a very huge difference in sound signature (ofcourse on better side) with this bulky Power Bank. I am very happy with the end results. It was worth to give my time to complete this Amplifier. I read some where the cost of Class A amplifier of Pass Labs XA30.5 Stereo Amp 30 wats is around USD $5.5k in US (almost INR 3.8 lacs as per current rate of rupee)
I am very very happy for the performance of this Amplifier.

I did listen to full range speakers, and liked them over my Tabaq, which have same drivers. I need to properly set up them in my bedroom.

Today's update.
I had sanded the front panel, drilling and tapping done. Now fitted the Front panel properly with screws. As i had mentioned in my earlier post the gap in middle will not be visible once the screwing is done. below are the photos of today's work.
Front Panel Sanding and screwing those allen bolts are M4x15 CSK Stainless Steel i will change them to M4 x 25mm because the Front panel itself is 12 mm thick

Looks nice. Quick question, for tapping, did you use torque drill?
The Tap in Heat sink was done with Hand Tools because it is one of the most expensive part of Amplifier and i dont want to take risk of breaking tap.
Rest Tapping done in Aluminum Angles and Base Plate below were done with Torque Screw Driver. (Chinese One)
