Some questions about The frame 55 vs others

Just let him know it's the guy who they delivered the 65x9000h yesterday. Maybe when PS5 comes in stock next he will give me advance notice ;)
He was smart enough to connect the dots , have asked him to let me know if X90J would launch in the next few weeks else will end up with X90H which as per him is currently out of stock in 65 inch. He has assured to get in touch with me as soon as he has an update on X90J which could be before end of June as per my wild Guess...

Hi! So I have been using the tv for a few days and I've noticed some backlight bleeding to the right side of the tv. (Dont see other spots to the left during normal viewing)
It's not noticeable otherwise but in dark scenes it's a bit distracting. I know some backlight bleeding is expected on an edge lit tv but Is this something which would be covered under warranty or replacement?

That's horrible. I got my panel from Samsung replaced years ago for this promptly while it was much less than this. Do try if you can't unsee it.

See again it depends on whether you can live with it. If it's a common thing which it is, let it be if it's tolerable. Mine felt like four corners leaking light onto the center in dark scenes and i was finicky and have ocd about these. The replacement was only so slightly better but it was a no questions asked replacement in 2014.i don't know how it works now with Samsung support for new tv's. I replaced my kindle 4 times for pin sized dead pixels so you can guess some people can u see it while others can't. Also do consider the risks in covid times.

Upon further testing, I have found that only the small area on the right hand side is bleeding and the bottom two patches of light are actually the screen light being reflected back from the floor. I have attached more pictures clicked from different angles of the same image which revealed a shift in the cloud spots with the change in angle.

More real world pictures. Bleeding slightly visible on black background while absent on bright scenes.

That looks like an IPS panel to me. It's very common on IPS panels and called IPS glow. There's some bleed as well at right side, but most of it is IPS glow.

My monitor has it too, both on original and replacement panels.

I thought TU8000 (and by extension TUE60) had VA panels.

No I don't think it's an IPS judging by the black levels and viewing angles. VA panels have some "glow" too. Also the camera is making the picture appear worse in the photo than it does to the naked eye. Maybe I need a dslr with tripod for accurate picture.

Here's a video recorded in a dark room with mouse pointer moving on black screen.

I see, yeah that's a VA panel. Those photos looked exactly like my IPS monitor looks, hence the question.
