Tata Sky launches Tata Sky+ HD at just Rs. 3999/

It is quite evident that a ethernet port is unavailable on Tata Sky HD.

Tata Sky HD Plus does have a ethernet port.

I believe that the "+" model has an ethernet to connect to network and order movies on demand via IP. But I am not sure.

TataSky has increased the price of the HD Gold pack. Did anyone notice?
They have also added Zee TV HD. I dont know why they are not adding any good channels.

That is correct. A colleague has Tata Sky+ and the unit has a ethernet input. Movies on demand works without a hitch.
