An Evening with John Denver. 2LP set. Live performance Recording at Universal Amphitheater, California. 1974 its an USA pressing. great sound.

Looks like while the movie was released in 1957 , the music was only in 1978 on a 45. Will spin it later tonight to check sibilance on my setup, But considering Prems setup is one of the moss resolving and natural i have heard it will not be the recording.

Thanks a lot. I was wondering about the year! Maybe 78 rpm did exist. Sibilance may be peculiar to my cart or alignment.

Yes Shellac did exist for this but number of songs will be limited.

Yes "Rasputin" was a great hit. I found my Boney M records were well recorded.

Special mention should be made of Keith Forsey, on drums and percussion , who played on BoneyMs first three albums, and was a staple artiste on all Giorgio Moroder albums.

This will be my first DD lp. So, no idea lp to lp.
Had old cassette ( '85 or 86 ) and CD/wav( around 2010 ) - seems a bit better if not same.
