My first TV series ever was MASH followed by Remington Steel and then switched on to Friends. Recently my bro came from UK with Hard Disk full of TV series and that is how I was introduced to the wonderful and addictive world of TV series such as Prison Break, Lost and Heroes.


Anyways here is my first post on this thread of the TV Series which I am watching/queued/finished in the past one year :-


Finished :-
1)Lost ( Waiting for the new season to start next year)
2)Prison Break
3)How I met your mother(Watching the new series as and when it is aired)

I prefer comedies and my all time favorites is Allo Allo. It is a british sitcom. You can read more about it here

Right now I follow Scrubs though I have finished watching all the seasons.

Not able to watch anything new
But from oldies my favoritres are
1) Sledgehammer ( Got it from US to Rewatch -3 yrs back!)
2) Remington Steele
3) Wonder Years ( Owe Soundtrack)

Also used to watch Baywatch & V.I.P. In fact used to watch V.I.P Twice or thrice a week - same episodes! I was absolutely thrilled by the plot ,suspense and Pamela Andersen's "acting!"!!! :eek:hyeah::eek:hyeah::eek:hyeah::clapping::yahoo::licklips::licklips:

1)Star Trek - Season 1 - The Original Series Remastered
2)Whose Line Is It Anyway - Season 1 (US version with Drew Carey & Ryan Stiles)
3)Street Hawk - Pity only one season was made with just 13 episodes.
4)Three's Company - John Ritter, Suzanne Sommers & Joyce Dewitt. Don Knotts in later seasons.

Allo allo was superb!!!! Hilarious. Been trying to get it on DVD with no success.

For the first time i saw a TV series of foreign shores, The Prison Break, it is just too good, to a extent that i have paused seeing movies for quite some time.

I am very grateful to this thread, which showed me the new world of entertainment.

Check out 24, it has 7 seasons.
Once you start watching you will not leave your seat.

Well as we have so many people here who are interested now in watching Tv series, i feel we should also start a sharing club , where we can share our collection and watch.

psycho,very similar choices mine.mash was incredible,yes minister/prime minister was british politics at its height of ridicule,and the original whose line was by far the best as the american version with drew carey just lost its plot.funny yes,but no comparison.must add family guy to this list,..hilarious.

I tell you this show Prison Break, i am completely hooked to it, under all circumstances i must see daily 2 parts.

It is a good idea on sharing, i would love to share the one's i have.

IT crowd - Ok
2 1/2 men - Good
Full House - V.Good/Kids like it much
HIMIM - V.Good
Seinfeld - Evergreen
Southpark - I dont like. stopped inbetween

Ongoing..

Heros - First season is great.

Edit: I don't see anyone's list having "The Big Bang Theory"??
I recommend it.. Hillarious. :)
