hi sadik.
Nice finish, you have mastered the art of making boxes..
Just will explain you the advantages of front baffle edge rounding or 45 deg chamfering.
When sound travels from the speakers esp..tweeter and midrange drivers (directional sound) they tend to get scatered in all directions, and since the edges on front baffle are sharp the waves tend to get reflected from them and get mixed up from the direct waves coming towards the listener, which results in colouring of the original waves that we should normally listen to...
This process is called diffraction and we must avoid to get clear original sound, this case is not applicable to sub freq (omni-directional),Since the bass frequencies have longer wavelengths, they will spread out more than the high frequencies.
Just my few cent,But can assure you the above will improve your listening.
One clarification.
How do you fix your panels (front, back, side and bracing)
,i.e is bracing assembly is fixed to the side panels first,or to the front and back panels..??/
Thanks
r/s.
Thank you very much for the Information.
Regarding assembly. (Step wise)
1. Assembled All the Braces first with respect to any one of Side Panel. (A Side panel was used as a guide to assemble the braces with each other)
2. Assembled the complete assembly of Braces with the Side panel (The one which was used as a guide)
3. Then Front Panel.
4. Back Panel.
5. The Other Side Panel.
6. & Last Top & Bottom.
